If an item is damaged, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product in the mail. Attach images, order number, and contact information to message. In order for the item to be replaced, you must send the product back.
There is a 3 business day processing period after purchase.
We aspire to provide each queen with a private and comfortable environment. Please do not bring any extra guests and unless they are being serviced.
In order to confirm your makeup appointment, a 50% deposit of the total makeup application is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable with no exceptions.
Time is of the essence. A late fee will apply for all late arrivals. A $10 late fee will be applied if 10 minutes late. A $15 late fee will be applied if 15 minutes late. After 20 minutes, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.
